🔄 Smart product replacement
The problem
You know the frustration: you order your groceries, and half of the products are out of stock. The result? An incomplete order and a half-empty fridge.
Our solution
Now you have complete control over out-of-stocks with three options:
1. Choose the replacement yourself
- Select the replacement product directly from your shopping cart.
- View the available alternatives with photos and prices.
- Stay in control of your shopping.
2. Request a refund
- Can't find a suitable alternative?
- Opt for an automatic refund
- Simple and no justification required
3. Trust the Picker
- Let our Picker select the most similar product
How it works?
Before the order
- In your shopping cart, click on “Add instructions.”
- Then click on “Choose a replacement product.”
- Confirm and place your order with peace of mind.
Replacements are saved for later!
During shopping
If the Picker discovers a break:
- It offers you a replacement via the app.
- You receive a notification informing you that the picker is offering a replacement.
- Accept (+€0.15 fee) or decline with one click.
- Everything happens in real time.
